Random Number Generator
Pick a range and how many numbers you need, generated locally in your browser.
How the numbers are generated
Numbers are generated in your browser using the Web Crypto API's cryptographically
secure random source, the same class of randomness used for security-sensitive
applications — not the weaker Math.random() that many simple tools
rely on. Nothing is sent to a server.
Frequently asked questions
What happens if I ask for more numbers than the range allows without duplicates?
If "allow duplicates" is unchecked and you request more unique numbers than exist in your min-max range, there aren't enough distinct values to fulfill the request, so the generator will flag it rather than silently repeating numbers.
Is this good enough for a raffle or giveaway?
Yes — because it uses a cryptographically secure random source rather than a predictable pseudo-random one, it's suitable for drawings, giveaways, and other situations where fairness matters.
